Glenn has held positions in engineering, marketing, operational management and executive management in the oil and gas industry and management consulting services sector during his career.

These positions have been involved with production engineering, transport logistics, aviation operations and quality control, and provision of consultancy services across Asia - Pacific, Middle East, UK and United States.

Glenn has an honours degree in Engineering from the University of Melbourne and is recognised as a Chartered Professional Engineer by the Institution of Engineers Australia.
